• We offer four options for ordering:

• OnLine order form - just follow the steps outlined, and click 'ringout' to send to our secure server.
• You can fax your order, just follow the same steps as on line ordering, when you've completed the order form, click on your print button and fax it!
• You can call us at 1-800-262-5482 and place your order over the telephone!
• You can use snail mail. Follow steps as Item #2. US mail still works!
• All prices on this web site subject to change without notice.

Methods of Payment

• We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
• We accept purchase orders from all government agencies, as well as public schools and universities, and most major USA corporations.
• Check or money orders in advance, sorry no CODs.

• Customer privacy is very important to us! We do not share customer account or other personal information with third parties. The information you provide is used for the purpose of replying to information requests and billing and shipping orders. Occasionally we will email you with tool tips and special offers available only to our on line customers. You my opt out of this simply by replying to the email at any time. In the unlikely event that we are ever acquired, customer information will be one of the transfered assets. We appreciate your confidence in us!!

Shipping

• All product listed is stocked by Home Lumber and will ship same day for orders received before 1:00pm CST. If the product you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you via E-Mail. You may cancel at any point prior to shipping. We guarantee your satisfaction!
• Shipping within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) are paid for by Home Lumber for all tools under 50 lbs. For all individual tools over 50 lbs. shipping weight, we will e-mail shipping rates. (Orders under $75.00 will incur a $6.00 shipping and Handling charge.)

Return Policy

You satisfaction is our guarantee! Refunds will be issued within 30 days on all purchases, if the item is unused or covered by a manufacturers' 30 day guarantee. Just ship the tool back with a copy of the original invoice and reason for return. We will refund your purchase price less our outbound shipping cost!
